Warranty
MacroAir warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the product leaves our factory. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, alteration, normal wear and tear, or acts beyond our control. MacroAir’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at our discretion.

Return Policy
All product returns are subject to prior written authorization from MacroAir. Authorized returns must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns, and the customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return. Credit will be issued only after inspection and acceptance of the returned product.
International Purchasing

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery. The buyer may check with the country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
