Return Policy for Online Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. (Excluding labor/ installation services which have been completed)

Products can be returned for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. (Excluding any labor/installation services which have been completed)

Any product(s) you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Customer will be responsible for a $99 handling fee plus any return freight charges.

MacroAir Warranty

At MacroAir, we stand behind the quality and performance of our HVLS fans. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal operation and prescribed maintenance, when installed by an approved technician and used according to our guidelines. Warranty coverage begins 15 days after shipment or on the installation date (not to exceed 60 days after delivery), whichever is later.
