Return Policy for Online Purchases
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and get a full refund (minus 20% restocking fee plus any freight) or exchange the product for another one. (excluding any completed labor/ installation services)
Physical products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase, excludes services.
Any returned product(s) must not have been installed, be in the same condition you received it, and have the original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee plus any return freight charges.
In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued less any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

MacroAir Warranty
At MacroAir, we stand behind the quality and performance of our HVLS fans. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal operation and prescribed maintenance, when installed by an approved technician and used according to our guidelines. Warranty coverage begins 15 days after shipment or on the installation date (not to exceed 60 days after delivery), whichever is later.
