Shipping Policy
General Information
At MacroAir Fans, we strive to provide the best shipping options to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
- **Old Dominion Freight Line**: For large and bulk items.
- **UPS (United Parcel Service)**: For international shipments LTL and FTL, also smaller packages and individual parts.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, as well as the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All product lead times vary and are subject to change. Current product lead times can be found on each product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:
- **Old Dominion Freight Line**: Typically 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
- **UPS**: Typically 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
MacroAir Fans is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States for ecommerce orders. If you wish to purchase fans to be shipped overseas please contact us at macroairfans.com.contact
