The MacroAir AirVolution industrial fan brings current and classic technology together. The AirVolution uses a proven industrial gearbox driven power unit in combination with integrated network technology. With the AirVolution’s smart networking interface, the sky is the limit: Integrate with AirEffect temperature control, AirLynk, our multi-fan controller or Building Management Systems (BMS) for advanced control. With a premium industrial gearmotor and advanced networking, you get more than a fan, you get one of the most versatile cooling solutions available on the market.
The AirVolution industrial fan’s new gearbox and motor combination is even more sleek, powerful, durable, and long-lasting. It is the perfect fit for industrial applications.
The AirVolution comes automation-ready, allowing you to control your fans from one central point and eliminate multiple control systems. Y Series can integrate with our MacroAir Controller 30 to schedule fans to run at certain times of day, AirEffect temperature control system to automatically run fans based upon environmental temperature and humidity, or tie into Building Management Systems (BMS) and dual-control using AirLynk.
Safety is a top priority. In addition to our patented interlocking blade safety system, we’ve enhanced our guy wire attachment mechanism to ensure each fan is even more safe and secure.
The AirVolution’ NASA inspired airfoils generate more airflow over the entire speed range. They are extruded aluminum, making them lightweight.
The MacroAir AirVolution lowers air conditioning costs dramatically. A MacroAir fan running with your HVAC system can save up to 30% on cooling costs. You can also run fans in reverse in Winter to push warm air to the ground without a warm draft, saving up to 20% on your heating bill.
The MacroAir AirVolution Lifetime 15-Year Mechanical and 7-Year Electrical warranty are truly industrial-grade warranties. Factory installation is not required, so you can self-install or use an installer of choice and get the same great warranty.
Multiple Control Options
From the standard Digital Remote to the Controller 30, you can control up to 30 fans from one central location. Controller 30 can be used to schedule fans for seamless operation and tie into the optional AirEffect system to monitor environmental temperature and humidity to run fans based upon these factors.
Most other big fan manufacturers only have forward operation, blowing air down to the floor. However, in Winter months when it is cold and heat is trapped at the ceiling, reversing fan operation moves air up to the ceiling, down the walls and to the floor. The biggest benefit? Avoid an uncomfortable warm breeze while still creating a more uniform temperature from floor to ceiling.

Do you work in a building or facility controlled by a Building Management System (BMS)? Now you can integrate your HVLS fans into your existing building management system to control and automate all the fans in your facility. No need to add a new control panel, just add your HVLS fans to your BMS console with AirLynk and control everything from one station.
Back and better than ever, MacroAir has reintroduced the Controller 4, now with individualized fan control. Seamlessly control up to four fans at one centralized location. Fans can be run at speeds and direction independently of one another to give you optimal fan control at a price that fits your budget. Take your smart controls even further by adding a MacroAir Temperature Sensor. Fans on your network will start and stop based on your desired temperature threshold to take the guesswork out of providing maximum comfort.
The Controller 30 puts the power of air movement right at your fingertips. A fully-integrated LCD touchscreen display panel gives you the ability to control the speed and direction of up to 30 MacroAir fans with the Controller 30. You can also synchronize your fans to operate as a unit. For controlling your MacroAir fans with just a touch, the easy-to-use Controller 30 offers the ultimate in convenience and versatility.
AirEffect is an optional control system that senses and automatically maintains a desired room temperature. AirEffect gauges the heat index by measuring the temperature and humidity at the ceiling and floor. To achieve the desired temperature, AirEffect takes the heat index and calculates each fan’s ideal operating speed and direction and runs the fans accordingly. Simply setup AirEffect with the desired temperature range and enjoy a consistently comfortable environment.
MacroAir’s factory installation gives you assurance that your fans will be installed correctly by factory-trained and certified installers. Let us handle the installation so you can focus on running your business.
